Evergreen provides compassionate and trans-inclusive healthcare, including gender affirming hormone treatment, sexual health/gynecology services, primary care, specialty care, connections to gender affirming surgery, care coordination, and drug use harm reduction services. Many of the clinicians and staff are queer and all of them are queer-allied.
